January's Cravebox is here!

I joined Cravebox in December and have been getting the neatest things!  This month, they had "GOOD FOR YOU" items!  Take a look-  I borrowed this pic from anther blog as mine was dug into with complete disregard for my picture taking.. he he he.  Anyway, this is an awesome opportunity!  Check it out from SheSpeaks!!!

We're getting better at this stamping than I expected.  Little Diva is by far better at it than her sister or I.  I guess you just have to have knack... or time to sit and practice endlessly, LOL!  Here are a few of their creations...  not too dramatic... yet!

Doing all this uhmm.. "nail art" has increased our polish collection by quite a bit!  I cannot stand the clutter so we decided to do something about it.  SO... to Amazon.com we go looking for some sort of polish organizer...  Brahaaahaaa.. have you ever priced that kind of stuff??  Its crazy!  No way am I paying $40 plus for something to hold a $2 bottle of polish.  So .. on to youtube, who didn't let me down.  I was able to go from this....

in only a few hours.  I don't know who came up with it, but I love it!!

Nail Stamping.... this will be interesting

For Christmas, my two Divas recevied the Konad Nail Stamping kit. After finding out you need SPECIAL POLISH, we decided to try to use our vast inventory that we already have with some minor tweaking. I've read you can add Xanthium Gum to thicken polish so that you can use it. "No, there was nothing saying you had to have thick or special polish when I bought it", LOL! So... we will experiment this weekend. Wish us luck!

Counting down to the new show!!

New episode of Once Upon A Time comes this week! FINALLY! I can't believe how hooked I got so quickly! My youngest and I look forward to curling up together with a buttery bowl of popcorn!! This one will be Desperate Souls. Mr. Gold aka Rumpelstiltskin will have a secret revealed. Thats interesting....

Did you survive it?!?!

Christmas is over... can you believe it? Even with all the fussing and fretting, I still love it. My girl are so sad its over - but I tell them, if we had it every day.. it wouldn't be so special when we do have it.

The two days of cooking and three days of cleaning is well worth it.

What was your favorite gift? Mine was a "3-d" gift that my youngest gave me. It was a replica of our wedding. It was wonderful! She is so creative. I will cherish it forever!
